My Master 3, Dylan, started day care this year, just once a week, but next year it’s pre-kindy for 2 days. I can’t believe he’s 3 going on 4 already…. I know I don’t have to tell you, if you’re reading this presumably you’re a mum.
Naturally we want to feed them up full of the good stuff so they grow up big, strong and above all, healthy. However it can get a little tricky figuring out what to send the little blighters that keeps it healthy but also interesting for them hey?
I started off sending a couple of containers but soon changed to a compartment lunch box which I find helps a lot… The first pictured lunch box is from kmart, but it isn’t spill proof, so we eventually invested in the Bentgo Kids lunch box for the little man. It’s got clips that come all the way over and prevent the lunch from busting out everywhere if dropped. The Bentgo Kids is also spill proof if turned upside down.
The little eyes and pandas etc I purchased from eBay by searching ‘Lunchbox Accessories’. They cost a few dollars. I think it makes it a little more interesting for the little scallywags.
